Fuzzy Controller runs only once.

I have created a fuzzy controller using Fuzzy Logic Designer application. Then I have imported this to a Simulink model. It shows good performance when I run it at first. But I can never get any result at my later trials. I have tried to use clear all command, I have shut down the model and reopened it, I have changed the solver options and zero-crossing options. But still, I can't get any result. Why does this happen? How can I run it again?
