PCT ver5.2 ... PCT ver4.1 compatibility problem

I have some programs written in Matlab 2009a with PCT ver4.1. After updating Matlab to 2011b (PCT ver5.2) I have a screen full of errors.

Is there any way to run my code on the updated software without rewriting it?
