This example shows how to calculate the uniform series value usingpayuni.

The following cash flow represents the yearly income from an initial investment of $10,000. The annual interest rate is 8%.

Year 1 - $2000

Year 2 - $1500

Year 3 - $3000

Year 4 - $3800

Year 5 - $5000

To calculate the uniform series value:

Series = payuni([-10000 2000 1500 3000 3800 5000], 0.08)
Series = 429.6296
