How can we solve a rapid accelerator mode error?

Hello, everybody. In our degree project we are trying, through App Designer, to develop an app that packages and compiles our model in Matlab and Simulink (both are coupled, the Matlab output feeds the model in Simulink). For this we have done some research, and we realized that the solution can be the Simulink Compiler using the 2020a version of Matlab. We have tried to make the example "Deploy an App Designer Simulation with Simulink Compiler" using the same parameters and inputs but we get the following error:
we've tried running the simulation in normal mode, accelerator mode, rapid accelerator. We have changed the step of the variable ODE45 but we still have the same error. We have only used a PC. We would appreciate your help. Once we get the example, we will get our app
